Users must have a valid and active package to access Milo services.

Unused time can be carried forward as long as it remains within the validity period of your package.

All users must maintain respectful and non-disruptive behavior within the premises.

Outside food is not allowed. Please use the on-site café for refreshments.

Milo is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.

Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis unless a reservation is made.

Please keep your workspace clean and tidy for everyone’s benefit.

All payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

Wi-Fi is work-only, no heavy downloads.

Milo reserves the right to update these terms with prior notice.
